Small Space Container Gardening -

No matter the size of space you have, you can have a garden! I will be sharing two ways we garden just on our deck plus some fun tips!

Today I am going to be sharing some of my gardening tips, if you keep reading to the end you can check out 14 other bloggers tips and we should all be pros! I am will be focusing on small space gardening.

The first garden I am sharing with you is something we made out of a whim with a window box we had. You can find it HERE. I had a lot bigger garden, but we have been working on our yard and had to tear it out. We transferred a few of the things and look how great they are growing, even Daisy wants some strawberries.

WHAT ARE THE BEST CONTAINERS FOR A SMALL SPACE CONTAINER GARDEN?

It can be really whatever you desire! I chose the window box that we already had and found a fun planter at JOANN. I have seen people even use fabric bags, the options are endless!

WHAT ARE THE BEST THINGS TO GROW IN A SMALL SPACE CONTAINER GARDEN?

You can see here I have strawberries, rosemary, lettuce, and herbs! There are so many more things you can grow depending on your container, let me list a few! Peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, and even blueberries and more!

Now that I shared with you my window box container garden, let me show you my herb garden!

I found this cute plant wall hanger at JOANN and I am going to show you what it looks like as I put it together.

Today we are going to be planting some herbs!

Look how cute these look with all these little herbs!

We are planting Sweet Basil, Italian Oregano, Lemon Thyme, Cilantro, and Lemon Thyme.

DRAINAGE
PICK THINGS YOU LOVE AND WILL USE
MAKE SURE THEY ARE WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEM
LEARN ABOUT WHICH ONES GO BEST TOGETHER

WHAT ARE THE EASIEST HERBS TO GROW:

basil
cilantro
oregano
rosemary
mint – (but it can be very invasive so plant alone)
peppermint
thyme
sage
dill
fennel
