Coastal Cottage Inspired Deck with JOANN
I am so excited for the warmer months, and for all the time we spend on our deck! JOANN had everything we needed to make this space complete! We love their Indigo Mist line and wanted to do something a little different with the space. Normally I am drawn to the florals and neutrals, but I just adored the beachy coastal items. The metal fish wall hanging is what inspired this space along with a fun and easy DIY that we made.
While we were at JOANN we found a seashell garland and we took it apart and made this fun DIY wall hanging. You can see how we made it on the JOANN APP. I love doing DIYS that are not only fun for me, but for my kids too!

JOANN has such a great selection of throws and pillows, every season I am able to find just what I need and at a great price!
I am ready to make some lemonade and put it in this pitcher.

I cant wait to add some candles to these lanterns so we can enjoy the glow at night!

Did you know JOANN has the cutest paper plates? I love these with fish on it.
I love being able to add in a fun throw pillow, and that is what I did here. The fringe is so fun on this one, and I just adore the texture and ombre print.
I love these seabirds, every morning we have had this seagull fly over our home and these remind me of them. Did you know just a minute down the road we have the puget sound… so the seagulls are always near.
This seagrass basket I can see holding all the kids treasures this summer. I am sure you will find it filled with seashells, driftwood, and many different colors of sea glass.
One of Zoe’s favorite finds was this starfish, it lights up at night so she cant wait to enjoy nights seeing it!
This Indigo glass Jar was just so lovely we couldn’t pass it up!
I cant get enough of this space, now hopefully we can get a warm summer so we can enjoy many nights out here!
Now since we have this space all ready its time to invite some friends, what is your favorite thing to serve in the summer? I am dreaming of some great foods on the grill, fresh water melon and some potato salad! EEK! I just realized I need some more of these cute fish plates, I better head back to JOANN!
